perfectly delightful!! I have to make these for EVERY get together or my guests will be disappointed. They are always asking for them! I even make and give these as gifts for holidays, birthdays and anniversaries! A big hit with my circle of friends and family.

I made the Midnight Chocolate Cheesecake cookie cups for my Cookie Exchange last Sat. and they were yummy! I found an error in the recipe tho. When stirring together one cup of flour and two Tbsp baking powder, I think it should have been 2 Tbsp cocoa and 1/2 tsp baking powder.
They were still very good, and I consider them a keeper!
